- The Agent API stays deferred until Tuesday 6pm.
- The name backfill and the Social Profile backfill are review-only scripts. They were not run, and they refuse production.
- Vendor and newsletter people already saved, and duplicate running action-plan rows, are listed in scripts/dry-run-880-review.sql. That file is review only.
