Today's Tasks

Open Tasks. Today is the open tasks due today. Overdue is above that, Future is the rest. A tour booked on fatproperty.com shows up here as a task named Tour. Marking a repeating task done creates the next one.

The Tasks button shows how many are due today and how many are late, for example 3 due · 2 late. On a task, Snooze moves it to tomorrow at 9:00 AM Central. Reassign hands it to someone else. Complete marks it done.

Text and email templates

Open a person, then Text or Email. The saved templates were copied from Follow Up Boss. Pick one and the words fill the box. Nothing is sent until Send.

New leads

People is the list. A website or portal inquiry becomes a person. The saved route for that source decides who owns it. If no route is saved, the person is assigned to Fat Property Leasing. Search and the stage, source, and tag filters are on that list.

A text to 832-737-0765 is owned by Fat Property Leasing. A text to 832-307-1551 is owned by Mervat Amra. Nobody is left unassigned.

Inbox

Inbox is the thread for texts, emails, and calls. Reply on a text opens the text box. Reply on an email opens the email. Nothing is sent until Send. A text goes from the campaign number for that login. leasing@ uses 832-737-0765. mervat@ uses 832-307-1551. Cody's text box starts on 832-737-0765 and can switch to the other number. Automatic email to a lead stays off. An email goes out only when someone types it and sends it.

Calls

On the person, logging a call saves the outcome, the note, and the length. Call this person rings your phone first. The lead is called after you answer, from 832-737-0765. If calling is not ready, the button dials nothing.

On a phone

People, a person, Tasks, and Inbox fit a phone. On a person, the Note, Email, Text, and Call buttons wrap onto extra lines so Text and Call stay tappable. The note box starts under those buttons.

History from Follow Up Boss

Texts and notes copied from Follow Up Boss stay on the person's timeline in date order. Each one is marked from Follow Up Boss. New notes and texts you add here sit in that same order.

Stages, notes, and smart lists

The stage is on the person. Change it there, and the People filters use the same stages. A note is typed on the person and stays on the timeline. Smart lists are the filters you saved. Open People, then the saved list, and the people list uses those filters again. A smart list does not email anyone.

Alerts

While Leasing Desk is open, the Inbox badge updates and a toast says New message. A new text or a new lead also emails the assigned teammate at their Fat Property address. That mail never goes to the lead. Browser alerts are optional. Open the account menu and choose Notify me on this browser. The alert opens that person's page and does not include the lead's email. Each browser is its own opt-in.

What is different from Follow Up Boss

• Start here. Older Follow Up Boss history still copies in for a while, but the new work is in Leasing Desk.
• Texts use the two campaign numbers only.
• Automatic email to leads is off.
• Call this person calls you first, then the lead.
